Responsibilities Collaborate with the Office of Hope, Unity, and Belonging team to plan and execute programs and events that enhance cultural awareness and foster a sense of belonging for all students. Assist in the development and facilitation of belonging training sessions for students, faculty, and staff. Support the coordination of student organizations and affinity groups that promote hope, unity, and a sense of belonging. Conduct research and contribute to creating resources, guides, and materials on topics related to hope, unity, and belonging. Assist with assessing and evaluating HUB initiatives, including data collection and analysis to measure impact and inform future programming. Collaborate with campus departments and external organizations to establish partnerships that promote unity and belonging. Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Office of Hope, Unity, and Belonging's online presence, including social media platforms and website content.
