Primary Duties and Job Responsibilities The area of specialization/certification that will be given preference for this position in the hospitality and tourism industry with knowledge of hospitality and tourism practice and management. Preference also given to those with experience in culinary operations, food beverage production and management. The candidate will be expected to teach in undergraduate and graduate courses offered in the College. As all Belmont undergraduates complete an innovative general education program with significant interdisciplinary components, Belmont University is particularly seeking applicants who can demonstrate the interest and ability to work collaboratively in course design and to teach interdisciplinary and topical courses in this program.
