The Front of House Team encompasses multiple positions including Usher and House Manager. These positions operate on a flexibly scheduled basis for events hosted at Belmont University in the Curb Event Center arena, Fisher Center for the Performing Arts, and other event spaces across campus. The House Manager positions serves as the student leader/supervisor of the Front of House Usher team during events, providing direction, support, and oversight to ensure exceptional guest service. Working alongside the Manager on Duty, the House Manager assists with event operations, communicating with ushers, and addressing guest concerns as they arise. This role helps ensure front-of-house operations run smoothly by enforcing venue policies, maintaining a welcoming environment, and supporting the successful execution of each event.
