What You'll Do

• Coordinate educational programs, professional development initiatives, and special projects.
• Assist with podcasts, publications, conferences, and educational content.
• Support committees, industry professionals, speakers, and volunteers.
• Manage project timelines, schedules, communications, and documentation.
• Proofread and edit educational and scientific materials.
• Assist with grant administration and learning management systems.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational, writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Acrobat and HTML experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
