Position Overview

Client is seeking a professional and adaptable Office Services / Hospitality Associate to support daily operations within a fast-paced legal office environment. This role combines office services, hospitality support, mailroom operations, copy center support, and conference room coordination. The ideal candidate is customer-service focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic law firm setting while supporting multiple office floors and interacting with attorneys, staff, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail

Process FedEx, certified mail, and shipping requests

Operate mail meter and office equipment

Perform floor runs and support four office floors daily

Complete copy, print, scanning, and binding projects

Restock copy centers, kitchens, and office supplies

Assist with conference room setups and breakdowns

Support hospitality services for meetings and events

Maintain cleanliness and organization of office areas

Conduct court runs after training

Assist with clerical and administrative office duties as needed

Provide professional customer service to attorneys, clients, and staff

Qualifications Required

High school diploma or GED

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer and office equipment knowledge

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to walk frequently throughout the workday

Preferred

Previous hospitality, office services, mailroom, or legal office experience

Experience with copy/print services and shipping operations

Experience supporting professional office environments
