A growing construction company is seeking an experienced Paving Superintendent to lead asphalt paving operations and oversee field crews on commercial and roadway projects. What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily paving operations from start to finish
• Lead crews, subcontractors, and equipment operators
• Coordinate schedules, materials, and jobsite logistics
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and production goals are met
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and vendors
• Troubleshoot field issues and keep projects on track

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or similar leadership role in asphalt paving or road construction
• Strong knowledge of paving equipment, grading, and production flow
• Ability to manage teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Safety-focused mindset

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary up to $140,000
• Relocation assistance available
