What You’ll Do

  • Develop and grow new business through strategic outreach, networking, and relationship building
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and position tailored recruiting solutions
  • Drive revenue through direct hire, temporary staffing, and workforce solutions
  • Market top candidates to clients, creating opportunities and generating demand
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and ongoing account management
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to deliver high-quality talent and exceptional service
  • Stay informed on market trends, compensation, and hiring challenges to advise clients effectively

  • Prospecting and connecting with new business leaders across Nashville
  • Following up on leads, referrals, and warm introductions from your network
  • Meeting with clients to understand hiring needs and position solutions
  • Partnering with recruiters to align on candidate pipelines and delivery strategy
  • Marketing top talent to decision-makers, creating urgency and opportunity
  • Closing deals and negotiating terms that drive long-term partnerships
