Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales and customer service teams to achieve their targets and professional development goals.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the teams.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive business growth.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Performance Monitoring:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly assess team performance against set goals.
- Implement effective sales reporting systems to provide insights into sales activities and results.
Training and Development:
- Design and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales and customer service teams.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior sales management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and developing successful sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, market trends, and customer relationship management.
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement effective strategies based on insights.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Experience would be considered in lieu of a Degree.
Salary: $90,000 to $100,000
Bonus: up to $50,000
