As a Senior A&R Manager, you will be a trusted representative and key relationship leader for Too Lost. You’ll identify, engage, and onboard influential independent artists and labels, articulate the value of the Too Lost Product Suite, and ensure seamless integration into our ecosystem. Beyond acquisition, you’ll manage key accounts with a high-touch, data-informed approach, helping clients execute their releases with excellence, expand their audiences, and reach their full commercial potential.
This is a hybrid full time position based out of New York, NY. Our hybrid schedule required employees to work from the office 4 days a week and allows for 1 day work from home.

As a Senior A&R Manager, you will be a trusted representative and key relationship leader for Too Lost. What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as a spokesperson and ambassador for Too Lost, cultivating relationships with independent artists, labels, and management teams across genres and markets.
- Identify and sign high-value partners that align with Too Lost’s creative and commercial growth strategy.
- Guide artists through onboarding and release setup, ensuring assets are delivered with technical precision and strategic timing.
- Provide hands-on support to top-tier clients, elevating their releases and optimizing catalog performance.
- Negotiate and manage catalog migrations, distribution upgrades, and renewals to ensure long-term success and retention.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, and Artist Strategy teams to deliver cohesive release plans, visuals, and promotional activations.
- Use analytics tools and DSP dashboards to identify audience insights, track performance, and inform signing strategies.
- Champion an artist-first mindset, resolving challenges rapidly and reinforcing Too Lost’s reputation for world-class partnership.
What You’ll Bring
- 6+ years of experience in A&R or Label/Distribution Services.
- Proven success managing front-line clients or catalogs with 1.5M+ monthly listeners or equivalent commercial impact.
- A strong network of managers, lawyers, and independent artists with the credibility to turn relationships into long-term partnerships.
- A deep understanding that in distribution, the “deal” is just the beginning. The relationship is where the real work happens.
- A creative ear for what’s next and a strategic mindset for how it scales.
- Experience managing complex, high-pressure situations, from contract renewals to multi-territory release campaigns, with precision and professionalism.
